imharvDevelopment is a trading name operated by a sole trader (“imharvDevelopment,” “I,” “me,” or “my”).

This Privacy Policy applies to websites, applications and services operated under the imharvDevelopment name.

WebDEC

WebDEC is designed to operate locally within your browser.

Configuration and application data including monitors, filters, settings, recorded alerts and other WebDEC data is stored locally within your browser. This information is not sent or stored anywhere.

Clearing your browser’s site data may remove your locally stored WebDEC settings, recordings and configuration.

Analytics

I use a self-hosted analytics system to understand how my websites and services are used and to monitor general site activity.

The analytics information collected may include:

page views;
visits and anonymous visitor counts;
browser type;
visit time; and
the referring website.

IP addresses and other information intended to personally identify individual visitors are not collected or stored by the analytics system.

Analytics data is hosted and managed by imharvDevelopment. It is not shared with an external analytics provider, sold, used to create personal profiles or used to track.

Cookies

WebDEC does not use cookies.

The imharvDevelopment main website does not use cookies.

Payments and Support

You may choose to support imharvDevelopment or make a payment through Stripe.

Payments are processed by Stripe and they collect and process information needed to complete the transaction under their own privacy policies.

imharvDevelopment does not directly collect or store your credit or debit card details.

I may receive limited information about a completed payment or contribution. This may include information such as your name, email address, transaction amount, date and payment status.

This information is used only where necessary to:

confirm and administer payments;
respond to payment related enquiries;
prevent fraud or misuse; and
meet legal record keeping requirements.

I do not sell, rent or share analytics information with third parties.

Information you provide directly to Stripe is handled according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

WebDEC application data remains within your browser until you remove it by clearing the browser storage data for the site.

Anonymous analytics information is retained for 30 days.

Payment and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, legal and fraud prevention purposes.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy when imharvDevelopment’s websites, services or data handling practices change.

Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly.
